Digital products on FUOMO
This policy applies to digital product purchases made through FUOMO.
Digital products
Products on FUOMO are generally digital content. After successful payment, a product may be available immediately or processed according to the details shown on its product page.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, successful purchases are generally non-refundable. A refund request may be reviewed when there is a system error or a policy violation.
Submitting a request
Contact support with your order number and the reason for your request. Requests are reviewed case by case. If approved, a refund is made to the original payment method where possible and typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
